The last performance on Wednesday was "Taiko Show" (Japanese Drum Concert) which was included the short drama "Muhomatsu".  Tatsumi & Dia played the drum enthusiastically.  Dia played a comical boy role.  He kept dancing until the end of the stage.

Today's program was titled "Takasaki Jowa" (Warm-hearted Tale in Takasaki).  It was a heartful but tragic story.  An audience cried at the end.  Dia played a blind shamisen player role and he of corse played the shamisen in the play.  It was also hard for him to perform on stage because he was a blind.  While he became a cool dancer at his solo show.  In the last short drama he became a comedian and a drummer.  It was his busiest day today.

The last performance on Tuesday was titled "Sukeroku" which has already informed in November's blog.  Tatsumi played Sukeroku role on stage.  According his information, it takes about two (2) hours to perform Kabuki's original version and too long for Taishu Engeki (The Popular Theater).  Tatsumi edited it for his stage.  Even if the performance was only for 15 minutes, They played faithfully.

Agemaki is a courtesan and a girlfriend of Sukeroku who is the most famous Kabuki cast.  Dia played Agemaki roles tonight.  He (she?) put on a luxury kimono and was really beautiful.

Tatsumi sings a song on stage daily.  During his singing many spectators wave their pen-lights.  The last half of his song he also waves his pen-light.  It is passed to him from one of spectators sitting on the front seat.  The left picthre is a special pen-light for Tatsumi.
