"Narukami" is one of the famous Kabuki programs.  There was the arranged Narukami performed on the last stage on Sunday.  Stage sets were large-scale and firworks was used.  I have watched it last year in Kobe, Hyogo located West of Japan.  The theater in Kobe was larger than Shinohara and the stage was far from my seat.  The feeling of being at stage performance was much better, tonight.

Thank you for everything.  My cat went to Heaven this morning.  Anybody around me was very kind and encouraged me.  Thank you again.  Her simple funeral  ceremony was held according Buddhism rites.  After that, I went to the night stage at Shinohara.  During several days I could not sleep enough to watch my cat in her bed.  Although I felt sleepy a little, all on stage comforted me.  Thank you so much.

I am very sorry that I don't update a report.  In these days my cat gets weaker and weaker because of her age.  She is now 19-year-old.  She can not eat and drink anything.  She seems to recognize her death and she prefers to stay in a dark place.  I would like to take care of her as much as possible until the end of her life.

People living foreign countries must learn that kimono are Japanese traditional clothes.  But few Japanese puts on kimono daily. While kimono become populer among young people quite recently.  Last summer, a lot of young people put on yukata (cotton kimono) at fireworks displays or local bon dance festivals.  The motifs are different from traditional ones. In Taishu Engeki companies eccentric motifs such as skeltons or crosses are populer.
